The market town of Ashbourne, ;Gateway to the Peak District’ is only 3 miles away where guests will find a good choice of shops, restaurants and pubs. Carsington Water is just up the road, with its visitors centre, sailing, windsurfing, rafting and canoeing and children’s play area to explore. Beautiful Dovedale, famous for its stepping stones, and Black Rocks Country Park are a short drive away.
