These semi-detached barn conversions have been converted in 2019 to provide ‘reverse level’, comfortable and spacious accommodation, and are located on a small working farm. Accessed via an unmade lane, they lie in a quiet setting with views over the surrounding countryside to the coast. They are ideal for extended families or friends looking for a relaxing location, perfect for that main summer family holiday and equally appealing for couples or smaller groups and their dogs who are looking to explore the quieter windswept beaches during the winter months. The owners live on-site and are on hand should you need advice or assistance during your stay.

Trotters (ref UK10739) has been converted to a very good standard and includes high, apex ceilings, beams and wooden floors on the first floor, and comfortable bedrooms on the ground floor. Bull Pen (ref UK10740) is a two-storey stone barn comprising reverse level accommodation with three bedrooms on the ground floor. Outside, Trotters has a balcony-style terrace, and Bull Pen has a decked area where guests can sit out and relax.

Nearby, the vibrant village of St Agnes has some lovely individual village shops, pubs, cafés, delightful sandy coves and beaches. The rugged north coast and popular coastal resorts of Perranporth and Porthtowan are just a short drive away. The area is renowned for its surfing and cycle trails with surf board and bicycle hire, endless coastal paths, golf courses, horse riding, watersports, fishing, wildlife and bird watching, and some amazing sub-tropical gardens make the area appealing whatever the season. Beach 2 miles. Shop ¾ mile, pub and restaurant 3 miles.
These properties can be booked together to accommodate up to 12 guests.
