Adjoining the owner’s apartment, and situated in a quiet area near the port of Rothesay, the house is comfortably furnished with many original features, a cosy cinema room and a spacious kitchen with everything you may need to rustle up a delicious meal.
There are many walks, including the popular West Island Way with a varied landscape of hills, coastal paths and rugged moorland. Cycling along the quiet island roads is also a great way to see the wildlife and appreciate the ever changing views.
The wonderful Mount Stuart House, where Stella McCartney was married, is well worth a visit, and in the summer you can take a trip on the Waverley steamer to the Isle of Arran. Fly fishing for rainbow trout is available for fishing enthusiasts, and for those that enjoy a round of golf there are three courses on the island to choose from. With plenty of beautiful sandy beaches and historical sites, you will be spoilt for choice, making this the perfect getaway location for all ages! Beach 3½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
