Pately Bridge is full of charm and character, with a bustling high street lined with independent shops. Venture into The Oldest Sweet Shop In The World for a magical trip down memory lane and if you don’t fancy cooking grab some tasty fish and chips, or treat yourself to a Michelin star meal at nearby Ramsgill (3 miles away). The Yorkshire Dales National Park is also nearby; its rolling hills stretch as far as the eye can see, offering fantastic rambling routes, an array of local country pubs and many charming villages to potter around.
