Old Orchard Cottage is a quaint semi-detached cottage situated just over a mile from the Eden Project by car, or you can walk through the pretty country lanes via the clay trails taking approximately 30 minutes. Located next door to the owner’s home, this delightful property has been decorated and furnished to a very good standard. All on one level, it has the added benefit of private parking. The private, enclosed courtyard garden is perfect to enjoy the summer sun. The beautiful clay walking trails are just on the doorstep. Visit Truro, the capital of Cornwall, with its Gothic cathedral, surrounded by narrow streets and alleyways lined with a selection of shops, cafés, restaurants and bars. St Austell Bay, just minutes away, has a stunning coastline which has pretty coastal towns and villages dotted along its edge.
