A newly furnished wooden lodge situated in the owners garden with extensive views over the local countryside, whilst still providing privacy, but where you can take advantage of the owners 10 acre working small holding. As you walk down to the lodge, you will take in the views immediately which you can continue to enjoy by sitting on the lodges decked area to the front, a very relaxing spot where you can enjoy the buzzards and sparrowhawks which often can be seen. Step inside the lodge to the open plan kitchen and living space. There is a tall dining table with chairs situated by the kitchen, and the living area offers comfort and a place to wind down and watch a film or your favourite program on the smart TV. There is a cosy double bedroom with plush pillows and duvet and, high quality linen to ensure a restful nights sleep and to complete the property is a shower room.
From this cosy retreat you can enjoy the local Tiversal village, walks through Sherwood Forest or take a trip to the Peak District where many walks, sites and activities await you. Knowing you have this lodge to return to at the end of the day where you can sit on the decking in front of the fire pit with blankets over you, you are bound to return to everyday life feeling refreshed. Please note: The owners do own animals, the dogs may roam freely around the grounds.
