There are large, airy living spaces, perfect for socialising, such as the living room with three-piece suite, wood burner and a large Smart TV to cosy up in the evenings. The open plan kitchen is well equipped with plenty of room for everyone to get stuck in with the cooking and there is an adjoining conservatory/games room with football table for hours of entertainment. Inside, the space feels relaxing and modern with splashes of colour here and there. There are two lovely double bedrooms on the first floor, a master with en-suite and the other containing two single beds. With a family bathroom on this level, offering a double shower. The ground floor bedroom is a double, conveniently with a shower room on the same floor. Sit out under the stars in the hot tub late into the evening or enjoy a meal with everyone al fresco style on the outdoor furniture. Please do not use the hot tub on the morning of departure.

There are walking trails which take you from the front door and out into the countryside. The nearest pub and shop are a short drive away, so while you will be in complete seclusion at Pennant, you will have everything you need close to hand. If you want to venture a little further, Welshpool is about 20 minutes away and is a great place to find a restaurant and enjoy a meal out. Take a trip to the medieval Powis Castle, perched on a hilltop, overlooking Welshpool and the green Welsh fields, the scenery is special. The Corris Railway was the first narrow Gauge railway in mid Wales, built in 1859, this is a great activity with the kids to discover. Or if you want to visit the coast, just over 40 minutes away, Barmouth is on the west coast of Wales, looking out onto Cardigan Bay, in the southern part of Snowdonia. So, if you are looking for the outdoors, walking, cycling, paddleboarding, kayaking, paddling in the sea or building sandcastles then Barmouth is the perfect place.
