The open plan living space gives you plenty of space to spread out, whether relaxing on the comfortable sofas at the end of the day, or cooking up a storm in the kitchen you’ll love staying here! Both bedrooms are stunning and sumptuous although the spiral staircase to the twin bedroom downstairs is very narrow. This wonderful property is surrounded by rolling countryside with fantastic views down to Porth beach. There are numerous beaches around Newquay and all are covered by RNLI lifeguards during the season, Porth and Watergate beaches, both offering lovely golden sand and good surfing or bodyboarding waves are within a short drive. At Watergate Bay, there is an excellent range of bars and restaurants. Newquay is a vibrant town with a wonderful surfing culture and lifestyle which accentuates the holiday vibe and there are many pubs, bars restaurants, cafes and hotels to enjoy.
Neighbouring Watergate Bay and The Extreme Academy offers you a ’ski resort on a beach’ and a plethora of activities to keep even the most active occupied. The Lappa Valley Steam Railway just outside Newquay offers both the old and young an interesting day out. Mawgan Porth, between Newquay and Padstow, is one of the Atlantic Coast’s most famous stretches of sand. Tucked into a narrow, steep-sided valley, it is no surprise that this is one of Cornwall’s most popular resorts and a great base to explore this stunning part of the county. Beach 2 miles.
Please note: There are open, steep, spiral or narrow stairs at the property.
