They sit right alongside the Llangollen Heritage Steam Railway, which winds its way through the delightful scenery of the Dee Valley between Llangollen and Corwen. Station House enjoys a pretty cottage garden, and is decorated with a Christmas theme during the festive season. Porter’s Lodge has a seating area adjacent to the delightfully restored station platform, where you can sit with a glass of wine and watch the trains go by. Llangollen, home to the International Musical Eisteddfod, has lovely walks along the canal and over the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct.
