Ranscombe House was built at the end of the 19th century and has amazing views overlooking Brixham’s outer harbour, marina and across to Torbay. This semi-detached residence is an excellent choice for your stay in South Devon. This eight bedroom former guest house is set in its own grounds with car parking for twelve cars and a lawned garden in which to relax in peace and tranquillity and there is a barbecue for your enjoyment. This spacious holiday home has been decorated and furnished to a good standard offering a fabulous house for friends to get together, celebrations and large family holidays. Attached to the owner’s apartment, the property sleeps twenty people and all bedrooms are en-suite. There is a large kitchen and living/dining room.
