You will find the kitchen to the rear of the property, fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including a coffee machine to enjoy your morning coffee. On your doorstep you have one of the most amazing Unesco World Heritage Sites on the planet in the Lake District while Kendal itself offers an amazing creative hub which punches well above its size. A street away is the Bowness Bay Microbrewery, a pottery and screen-printing studio, a gym, a flower shop, a pizza van and the Factory Tap craft pub. If you go to the end of the properties road towards the river and cross the bridge, there is a children’s play area.
