Rhydleos Mill originally served Llansilin and the surrounding villages. Local farmers would bring their grains for milling and then take their produce home. As the industry changed, the demand for the mill ceased and a local farmer then used the building for sheep dipping. In more recent years the mill has been transformed into stylish holiday accommodation and still showcasing many original character features. The handsome farmhouse, that originally owned the mill, still sits opposite the property and the water that worked the mill borders the grounds.
