This comfortable and tastefully furnished town house is situated on the tidal waterfront in the quaint picturesque sailing village of Bosham, just 250 yards from the harbourside tea rooms, medieval church, pub/restaurant and craft centre. The living room, located on the first floor, and master bedroom on the top floor, enjoy extensive views of Chichester harbour, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and haven for bird life. Sandy beaches at Hayling Island and The Witterings are about a 20 minute drive. Many activities can be discovered locally, including golf, fishing, water sports, riding, boat trips and scenic walks along the waters edge or in the nearby South Downs, also ideal for cycling. Nearby, the elegant cathedral town of Chichester, 10 minutes drive, has a Roman villa, popular theatre, cinema complex, leisure centre with indoor pool, and a host of restaurants, inns and shops. Goodwood, with its historic house, famous race course and motor racing events is also nearby, as is the open air Weald and Downland Museum. Historic Arundel is within easy reach, with a castle and Wildfowl and Wetlands Park. Alternatively, Portsmouth is a 25 minute drive, with shopping centre, a Naval dockyard and regular ferry service to the Isle of Wight. Further afield, Southampton, the New Forest and Brighton are all within an hour’s drive. A fantastic holiday destination. Shops 1 mile, two pubs and restaurant within 10 minutes walk.
