Originally built for miners who worked in the nearby iron mines, you can still visit the old iron kilns built into the nearby hillside. Stepping inside, the cottage retains much of its original charm. The dining room features an original fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for meals. Adjacent to the dining room is a cosy lounge, where you can unwind on the sofas in front of the open fire, set in the original cast iron oven. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for guests who enjoy home cooking, and the ground floor also boasts a bathroom. Upstairs, offers two sweet bedrooms. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed, a dressing table, wardrobe, and drawers. The second bedroom includes a wardrobe, drawers, Smart TV, and the bonus of an en-suite. Outside, you’ll find a wonderful, enclosed garden with an elevated outdoor seating area, accessed over the road from the property.
