Saltmarsh Cottage is the perfect place to unwind beside the sea in Camber Sands on the East Sussex coast. This attractive weather boarded holiday home is presented to a high standard in a quiet location and only a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful beach. It is situated at Whitesands the beautifully designed New England style development. The cottage is a perfect base for lazy days building sandcastles, beach walks, exploring the nature reserves of Dungeness or Rye Harbour, or getting lost in history in medieval historic Rye. It is also great for walkers, cyclists and bird watchers.
Enter the property via a small hallway for hanging coats and storing your shoes. The ground floor is open plan with kitchen, living and dining space great for chatting and socialising while preparing dinner. The kitchen area is very well equipped and there is an extending table in the dining area to seat four comfortably. The living area has a large leather corner sofa, Freeview TV and Blu-ray player. A selection of DVDs and board games are provided and the TV is Netflix enabled. There is a cosy flame effect fire to add atmosphere and warmth when it is cooler. Off the kitchen area is a utility room with washer/dryer, shelving space, and more room for coats and shoes. There is a downstairs toilet. The back door leads to a small picket fence terrace garden, a lovely sun trap with a patio furniture, and a pleasant spot to enjoy a morning coffee or glass of wine and dust the sand from those feet.
