Situated on Scotland’s northeast coast, Portknockie is a perfect holiday destination as it not only boasts a very rich and interesting history with lots of visitor attractions, but is also perfectly located to offer a wide choice of outdoor pursuits. Portknockie is a quiet village, with a nice balance of facilities and space, all within a few minutes’ walk of the front door.
The Moray Coast is spectacular and steeped in history, with many beautiful places to explore close by. The property is located just 20 miles from historic Elgin which has plenty of shops, bars and eateries to suit all tastes, whether you fancy an evening out or buying essentials for an evening in. It is also home to a history museum, motor museum, train station and some wonderful gardens and parks which make for a lovely picnic spot.
