Seascape is a spacious and bright two-bedroom holiday home located within the Regency coastal town of Sidmouth.
This property is a superb base for a family of four or a group of friends looking to explore the town’s pebbly beach, coastal paths and a range of restaurants, shops, and cafés. The Byes River and Margaret’s Meadow Park can be accessed directly from the back of the garden and the seafront and town centre are just a 20-minute level walk away or a 1 ½ mile drive.
As you enter the property, head into the living room which is comfortably furnished with plenty of seating, a gas fireplace, and a Smart TV with Freeview. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a home cooked meal, including an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and a slimline dishwasher; there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer for guests to use in a utility area in the garage.
After a busy day exploring the area, step into the large back garden which has a lawn and outdoor seating. As the evening draws to a close, drift off to sleep within one of the two well-presented bedrooms; the first has a kingsize bed with a shower cubicle in the same room and the other has a zip and link super kingsize bed which can be set up with twin beds if requested at the time of booking. The family bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath, sink and there is a separate toilet next door.
