Shelterstone is a charming traditional stone cottage with walking access directly down to the sea. Originally two fisherman’s cottages, which have now been combined, Shelterstone has been sympathetically renovated and restored by the current owner. It offers spacious and modern accommodation whilst retaining many of its lovely and unusual original features. The main living area is simply stunning. Divided by a massive stone chimney breast housing a large wood burning stove, the lounge/dining room has beautiful redwood floors and ceiling and deep silled windows that drink in amazing views out to sea. Patio doors lead out to a pretty stone terrace/BBQ area, then onto a large lawned garden. There is access down to the coastal path and bay below. Three good sized bedrooms (one en-suite) makes this an ideal venue for a family holiday. This is wonderful cycling and walking country, with miles of coastal footpaths, woodland walks and trails right on the doorstep.
