Southview is a 16th century stone cottage completely renovated in 2016. It is the first or last house in the road depending on which direction you are coming from and, consequently, is surrounded by agricultural fields on 3 sides. Outside, the property adjoins a very quiet lane used mainly for access. It enjoys a pleasant fully enclosed garden completely safe for dogs and large enough to allow them to run off some energy. You will find a patio area in a garden recess and all BBQ equipment and garden furniture is supplied and stored in the garden shed. There is ample car parking for one car and a second can be accommodated if necessary. On the ground floor there is a large living/dining room with a comfortable sofa and armchair for those TV evenings. Extra seating for guests is provided by a high back bean bag. The living/dining room has a wooden floor which adds to the cottage feel. At one end there is a wood burner which is always laid and ready to light prior to you arrival and at the other there is a dining table that sits four guests. On the first floor the cottage provides two double bedrooms which can be converted into singles on request. Both the bedrooms overlook fields often full of farm animals or wildlife, especially birds.
