Spindrift is a five bedroom house with commanding views across to St Anthony’s Head and The Lizard. The open plan kitchen, living and dining area has large picture windows with wonderful views of the seascape. There is a door off the living room to the balcony/patio area with table and chairs for al fresco dining. The kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, large larder fridge, microwave and pantry. There is a large utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. On the ground floor are three of the bedrooms. The master bedroom with super sea views has a kingsize bed. There is a single bedroom with sea views and a double bedroom with dual aspect windows providing great sea views. Also on the ground floor is the wet room with under floor heating and toilet. Two separate toilets completes the ground floor accommodation. A short flight of stairs to the first floor there are two bedrooms a twin and a single sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom with shower over bath. Patio doors lead out on to a patio. There is a beautifully stocked large sloping garden and a patio area with an ornamental garden and pond feature. There is a relatively steep path from the garden down to Lower Castle Road providing easy access to the Tresanton Tavern Beach and the rest of the village.
