Located right in the heart of Wadebridge, just a few moments walk from the shops, pubs and restaurants of Wadebridge, yet tucked away in a quiet courtyard setting, this recently refurbished Georgian cottage is a delightful place to stay. Wadebridge is a fantastic base on this stretch of the north Cornwall coast, as it is just a few miles from Padstow, Rock, Port Isaac and the spectacular north Cornish coast. The golden sand beaches at Polzeath and Daymer Bay are perfect for families.
The Royal Cornwall Show ground at Wadebridge hosts the county show every June, come rain or shine, opened each year by a member of the Royal Family. Cornish Farmers have had to diversify in recent years and so has the show, but they have kept their traditional roots with steam engines being shown next to the shiny new high-tech tractors. The National Trust have three properties nearby, Lanhydrock House, Trerice and Carnewas and Bedruthan Steps. Pencarrow House and gardens is also nearby. Spring Garden Cottage is just minutes from the famous Camel Trail - great for cycling, walking & birdwatching! Beach 7⅓ miles.
