"This fabulous house was updated in 2021 to modern standards with luxury touches throughout. Ideal for small families or couples, this 2-bedroom property will sleep 4 comfortably with a sofa bed in the dining room to cater for any "tagalongs". The bedroom downstairs is fitted with a Super kingsize bed which can be split to twin single beds and is complimented by an En-suite shower room. The bedroom, on the upper floor has a view between the opposite properties over the water, is fitted with a superking bed and has a separate bathroom with 4-piece suite including bath with over bath shower attachment.
The excellent living space includes the living room with gas fire for those chillier evenings, the kitchen has the appliances you would expect in a property of this standard and has a conservatory at the rear towards the garden. Completing the accommodation is the dining room, which has the sofa bed mentioned previously. There are lovely coastal walks on the Fife Coastal Path which takes you to award-winning sandy beaches, pretty coves, and historic buildings along the way. For keen cyclists, the Millennium Cycle Way runs through central Fife, with miles of quiet country roads, disused railways, and forest tracks to explore.
Just a little further along the coast is the bustling tourist harbour town of Anstruther and there are daily ferries and boat trips leaving between April and September that take you to the Isle of May, which is a National Nature Reserve. It is home to colonies of sea birds including puffins and the surrounding waters are the habitat of seal colonies. St Andrews is just 10 miles away and is well worth a visit with historic buildings, Sea Life Centre, boutique shops, and a wide range of bars and restaurants. This area is famous for its golf, with more than 40 golf courses in Fife, from the famous fairways of St Andrews to several traditional links courses and beautifully landscaped parkland and heathland walks."
