The living/diner is thoughtfully designed, with a wood burner, Smart TV, and dining table seating six, creating a perfect space for family or friends to gather. The fully equipped kitchen includes coffee pod machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine. Underfloor heating throughout ensures year-round comfort, and outside, you can enjoy countryside views relaxing on the private patio, furnished with quality outdoor seating. There is ample parking, including an EV charging point (chargeable by usage - PLEASE SPECIFY IF YOU WANT TO USE) and a large lawned area for play.
