Strone Farm House is situated on a working farm set on the upper banks of the Caledonian Canal, just 10 minutes’ drive north of Fort William. This traditional single-storey farmhouse is attached to owner’s property and has three spacious bedrooms, all en-suite. The large lounge looks out across the pretty gardens and enjoys beautiful views up the Great Glen, with the canal and the river Lochy in the foreground and awe-inspiring views of the north face of Ben Nevis acting as a dramatic backdrop. There is a separate dining room and well-equipped modern kitchen. The pretty gardens are secluded and for visitor’s sole use. Lawns, mature trees and shrubs and a solid wood picnic table make this an ideal spot to sit and admire the amazing views of the Nevis mountain range. Also, on a Saturday you can look forward to some home baking from the owner!
