The perfect family holiday home, Summers View is a spacious bungalow style property situated in an elevated position looking over St Mawes. It has the advantage of only being some 10 minutes walk to the centre of the village. The property provides large and spacious accommodation with the principal reception rooms and master bedroom have wonderful panoramic county and sea views.
The large inner hallway is a fantastic multi-purpose space with a 40" TV and a ¼ sized snooker/pool table very popular with many guests of all ages. Set towards the rear of the property is the main living room very comfortably furnished with plenty of seating and a 55" Flatscreen TV and sound system that permits streaming music from iPad or phone. For those cooler evenings their is a lovely open fire. Through double doors off the living room is the well-equipped kitchen the granite topped central island is ideal for those wishing to practice their culinary skills. Also leading off from the living room is the good sized conservatory/dining area which also has garden and sea views. The master bedroom with super kingsize bed has an en-suite bathroom and views from the patio doors to the rear. The second bedroom has a kingsize bed and an en-suite shower room. The third and fourth bedrooms both have twin beds. The family bathroom has a bath and a separate shower. The French doors from the conservatory open onto the large suntrap patio providing a superb space to relax and entertaining. Beyond the raised patio is well stocked and mature garden with central lawn area ideal for children to play. Wherever you decide to sit and relax or play there are wonderful sea views and plenty of space for everyone.
The Roseland Peninsula has been designated part of Cornwall’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty for the quality of the landscape and unrivalled coastal scenery. Here you will find secluded coves, delightful creeks, wooded countryside, pretty fishing and rural villages, tranquil beaches, and scenic cliffs and headlands. A haven for walkers wildlife lovers and watersports enthusiasts there are plenty of activities on The Roseland. If you prefer just to wind down you can and enjoy a relaxing day on a secluded Roseland beach or a boat trip on the Fal estuary and round it off with a cream tea in one of the excellent cafés or a pint in a character pub.
