Set amidst mature woodland in the grounds of a glorious 18-hole cliff top golf course this brand-new detached lodge is perfect for couples or a small family to leave behind the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy a relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings.
Step inside into the large open plan living area and be greeted by a contemporary kitchen complete with gas hob, electric oven, and a host of modern appliances. There is plenty of work top space from which to prepare a hearty Yorkshire breakfast or a delicious evening meal. The dining table sits to one side and provides plenty of seating for four. The living room area is flooded with natural light from French doors that open out onto an enclosed decked area. Two deep filled sofas are perfectly placed to enjoy a cosy romantic night in and the large flat screen TV will provide evening entertainment. Sunshine Lodge offers to beautifully presented bedrooms, a twin room and a king-size double inclusive of a lavish en-suite shower room. A house bathroom offering both bath and shower options completes the accommodation. Outside the lodge has a wraparound veranda enclosed by a wooden balustrade which allows perfect views of the park.

Sunshine Retreat is next to Sewerby Hall which has beautiful gardens and grounds, a little zoo and lovely café as well as access to the headland walk to Flamborough and Bridlington.
