Offering family accommodation this detached bungalow really does offer the WOW factor allowing friends and family to come together and enjoy this beautiful part of Yorkshire. Tamarisk offers discerning guests the opportunity to relax and enjoy this incredibly spacious bungalow with wonderful garden, private hot tub, and delightful views over the countryside. To add that extra touch of luxury, guests are provided with a premium welcome pack which includes a bottle of Prosecco, a selection of Tassimo coffee pods, a ‘treat’ and for all adult guests, a towelling robe and slippers.
To offer guests maximum comfort the four bedrooms comprise three with kingsize beds and one with single bunk beds. Bedding is of high quality with 5* hotel style duvets and 180 thread count sheets for a relaxing night’s sleep. Two of the bedrooms offer direct access out to the garden and patio area. The open plan living/dining room is very spacious and benefits from vaulted ceilings. In the living area, with industrial style décor, the large double height window and patio door offers unique views and access into the garden. With the benefit of a wood burner, whether it be day or night, summer or winter, everyone can come together and enjoy quality time. The dining area has table seating for eight guests. To the rear of the bungalow the large conservatory has underfloor heating, deep-filled, comfy sofas and a 42" Smart TV which provides an additional space for relaxation. This room enjoys views over th garden, hot tub and countryside beyond.
Tamarisk offers a well-attended garden with mature borders and lawned area. A large patio also leads down from the open plan living area and there is also an undercover dining area where you can enjoy an early morning breakfast or an alfresco evening meal no matter what the weather! The hot tub sits to one side and is raised slightly to provide you with far reaching views, just perfect for a relaxing soak after a day exploring the local area.
A gentle stroll will bring you to the local village pub where you can mix with the locals whilst enjoying a relaxing drink. A little further afield is the historic walled City of York which offers over two thousand years of history and the cathedral town of Selby. The stunning East Riding coastline is also just under an hour’s drive away. Tamarisk is the perfect holiday home for your family gathering and will be perfect no matter what the time of year.
