The kitchen is in a charming country cottage style, with attractive greens, blues, reds and yellow wall tiles. Your dining area is cleverly located within the gorgeous conservatory, a real hub for the family to enjoy any meal or to plan tomorrow’s great day out! There are three good sized bedrooms, all with TV. The first is an en-suite, with an inviting kingsize bed. Bedroom two has a further kingsize bed, whilst bedroom three is a twin room, offering plenty of flexibility. A further family bathroom boasting a bath for a pampering, long soak with electric shower over. The outside space is delightful. With both a lawn and patio, this is a great spot for a little al fresco dining or to enjoy a sundowner after a busy day exploring. A great space for children to play on those days where you may want to just stay home!
St. Merryn Holiday Park has lots of amenities, from a handy shop supplying all the essentials, to children’s’ play park, seasonal bar serving food and dog walking area. Further afield, you are spoilt for choice of where to start first; with Padstow, a thriving fishing port, with narrow streets, boutique shops and celebrity inspired restaurants serving the finest local seafood dishes. You will find the beaches on this stretch of the north coast, quite sublime, such as Harlyn Bay, where a vast swathe of golden sand awaits you. Popular with swimmers and paddles boarders, with turquoise waters this is a truly wonderful place.
The Trevose Headland provides scintillating views to the Atlantic Ocean, whilst the beaches at Treyarnon Bay and Porthcothan reveal inlets and coves to the intrepid explorer. Port Isaac, of Doc Martin fame, pretty Boscastle and mysterious Tintagel are great places to uncover, the latter with it’s links to the legend King Arthur, castle and modern feat of engineering, the jaw dropping foot bridge spanning a chasm below. Beach 3 miles.
