The historic, Georgian town of Bewdley and Stourport is only a short drive away and is the perfect location for guests to enjoy a leisurely lunch or spot of afternoon tea in one of the many riverside cafés, bars and restaurants. The ancient woodland of the Wyre Forest is 10-minutes by car offering guests plenty of walking and cycling trails and Go-Ape tree top adventures. The excellent Severn Valley Steam Railway is only 2 miles from Stourport, this historic line joins Kidderminster to Bridgnorth via Bewdley and is a novel way to see the sights. Other local destinations include the impressive Witley Court with baroque church and tea rooms, the West Midlands Safari Park and also Astley Vineyard where visitors can taste the wines.
