There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, a large room with a kingsize bed and the second bedroom has two single beds which can be made into a super kingsize bed on request. Accessed via the sweeping staircase is a further double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and Smart TV. It also comes with an en-suite bathroom with a rainfall shower. The ’piece de resistance’ is access to an extensive balcony with glass balustrade and rattan balcony furniture. Here you can sit and enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple whilst taking in the amazing mountain and lake views. Outside is a large patio area which enjoys the sun all day with high quality rattan furniture, barbecue and small enclosed lawned area. The whole garden area is fully fenced and safe for dogs. The property is a mile outside Bowness village and a mile from Lake Windermere. A pleasant foot pathed walk takes about 20 minutes to both lake and village with its multitude of restaurants, shops, car ferry and water sports.

Take a cruise on Lake Windermere to Ambleside, or across to Lakeside to enjoy a day at The Aquarium or hop on the steam train to Haverthwaite.
