The Duck House is a first floor apartment with everything you need for a comfortable, homely stay. There is a light and spacious living room where you can spend your evenings enjoying a meal or relaxing watching a good movie. The revamped kitchen is well-equipped and is a perfect place for preparing food with family and friends, you can even chat to people through the hatch as you cook! A Welcome pack is also provided which includes a variety of local produce. Outside there is a lawned garden with a patio, and a small stream frequented by ducks, which is where the apartment gets its name from.
Within easy walking distance are several village shops, a family-run bakery and fabulous deli, plus various take aways and 2 pubs offering great food. There are good public transport links with buses to Weymouth, Poole and Lulworth Cove. The local railway station, with direct links to London, is just a 10 minute walk away.
Wool is perfectly placed to explore the Jurassic Coast. You are spoilt for choice with lovely beaches only a short drive away including Swanage, Weymouth, Poole, Studland, Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door.
