This beautiful, first floor apartment offers two bedrooms and is located in St Marychurch, a quiet and relaxing district of Torquay. It sits in a tree-lined road just a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful pedestrianised centre of St Marychurch with its wonderful collection of independent traders. This apartment has undergone a complete renovation in 2022 and has a new kitchen, bathrooms, walls, flooring and furnishings throughout. The owners have devoted a huge amount of love and care into creating the most wonderful holiday home for up to four people to share.
The apartment is accessed via the main staircase in the property and has a living/dining area with a sofa and two armchairs, where guests can relax for a cosy night in after a day out exploring all that The English Riviera has to offer. There is also the most wonderful, modern, well-equipped kitchen with an island where you can dine in comfort. All the usual equipment and utensils are present as you would expect in the finest of self-catering properties, and a welcome pack is provided, along with complimentary toiletries. The main bedroom has a luxury kingsize bed with an en-suite shower room and plenty of storage. The second bedroom has a super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request). Additionally, there is a family bathroom with bath and shower over. To the rear of the property is a secluded garden with its own allocated segment to enjoy. Beach ½ mile.
