Fort William, the ’outdoor capital of the UK’, and all its amenities are only a short drive away, however no car, no problem, as there are bus and rail links in and out of the village within a few minutes of the property. The Galleries is a fantastic base camp if you intend to walk, ski, climb or mountain bike. Nevis Range Ski Centre and the world championship mountain bike track are close by, and the area is renowned for its spectacular scenery and abundant wildlife. Take a trip on the Jacobite steam train, as seen in the Harry Potter movie, visit stunning castles and gardens, sail to the beautiful island of Mull, take trips to the Small Isles or spend a day exploring the Ardnamurchan Peninsula.
