The owners’ have made this a very comfortable retreat for couples looking to visit this beautiful part of Oxfordshire. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area leads onto the double bedroom with en-suite, with a designated area of the garden to sit and relax in whilst enjoying the warmer weather.
Only 6 miles to Oxford city centre where you can visit and admire the many historic university buildings and churches, amble around the shopping streets or go punting on the river.
There are many beautiful villages in the Cherwell area of Oxfordshire that provide picture postcard streets and village pubs. The town of Woodstock is just under 9 miles and is the location of the stunning Blenheim Palace, which hosts many events throughout the year including a light festival from November to January. For shopping enthusiasts, no visit to this area would be complete without a little spree at nearby Bicester Shopping Village, 8 miles, which is home to hundreds of designer outlets. For nature lovers, head to Otmoor, a beautiful nature reserve and a haven for wildlife in the heart of Oxfordshire which is only a few miles from The Garden Room.
