Approaching on a private lane through fields and paddocks, The Haybarn greets you on the edge of a low key equine farmstead. Bi-fold doors open up the entire frontage of the open plan living area, allowing al fresco life to be embraced in this private little haven. The living area features a huge corner sofa to lounge in front of the wood burner with a book or game, or put something on the Smart TV (Netflix account included) that has been cleverly incorporated into a print montage on the wall. A smart modern kitchen with clean lines flanks the far wall, with a bar style dining table to the side. Along a corridor from the living space are two fabulous en-suite bedrooms. The master is a huge room with kingsize bed, and a deliciously chic bathroom with double ended, freestanding bath and separate walk-in rain shower. Bedroom 2 offers a sumptuous double sleigh bed, with a large wardrobe and an en-suite walk-in shower room. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating for cosy toes. Outside there is a large terrace with dining furniture looking out across the paddocks where horses graze in the tranquil surroundings. The Haybarn blends contemporary urban edges with fresh countryside style, for a unique holiday experience in the Surrey Hills.
