The Hen House is an opulent and very generous space set in the grounds of the owner’s home near Bognor Regis. As you enter the property you are greeted by a very roomy reception room with comfy furniture and a cosy log burner for those romantic evenings. The garden is extremely well equipped with everything you are going to need for your stay at The Hen House. The huge walk-in shower is a superb feature of the property as is the huge bedroom with its super kingsize bed. The owner has gone to great lengths to ensure that the gardens are kept immaculate and give as much privacy as you need as there is a lot of glass - the views and surroundings are magnificent. Outside you have your own fire pit for those summer evenings with a BBQ and some garden furniture to complete your stay which is going to be very memorable. The property is conveniently located less than 7 miles from Goodwood with both Chichester and Worthing also just a short drive from the property, This is a spacious and opulent Holiday Let with lots of room to enjoy yourselves and an owner that’s very eager for you to enjoy your time when you stay. He has built this property himself with the holiday let market in mind so your accommodation has been thoughtfully created so that you can make loads of memories whilst you stay. This really is a magnificent brand-new build, and you are not going to be disappointed.
