This very spacious, comfortable, one bedroom holiday annexe is the perfect retreat for two, but can also accommodate two children on the sofa bed in the living area. Completely refurbished in 2020 with a new bathroom and fully fitted kitchen, Little Furze offers single-storey accommodation with a double bedroom and shower room. There is a private patio area with furniture, or guests are welcome to use the owners’ large garden. Whilst Little Furze is attached to the owners’ main house and is accessed via the main gravelled driveway, the property is completely self-contained with its own private access. There is ample parking at the property, with one space directly adjacent to the property.
The Little Furze is situated in a very beautiful part of the country, situated almost halfway between the ancient monuments of Stonehenge and the Avebury stone circle. There is lots to do locally and there are many places of interest to visit. The property is within easy reach of Salisbury, Bath and Bristol. You can find country parks, mansion houses, zoos and safari parks such as Longleat, all within a reasonable drive. There are plenty of great eateries both locally and up to half hour drive away. There is also a regular bus service into Marlborough, famous for its college and tea rooms, or Salisbury if you need some retail therapy.
