Built in the grounds of the former railway yard this lovely spacious bungalow offers superb quality accommodation for couples and a family, a key feature is the extension in the living room, which has a piano for our musically talented guests. The Aga is only available from October through to April, at an additional charge of £50 per week (arranged with owner). There is a private garden with a large patio to sit out on or for alfresco dining in the summer. Located just 10 minutes from the east coast and its sandy beaches can really make for a good day. Nearby Alford just 3 miles away has a regular weekly market on tuesdays and fridays, a historic market town with a 17th century Manor House, a church that dates back to the 14th century and a 5-sailed windmill! The traditional seaside resorts of Skegness, Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea as well as Fantasy Island and Butlins are all within a 30 minute drive, as is the Georgian Market Town of Louth - the gateway to The Lincolnshire Wolds, which holds its own array of magnificent shops, restaurants and regular markets which are a real treat, well worth a visit! Good walks and cycle routes await you from the door with The National Trust venue at Gunby Hall just a 10-minute drive away.
