Toad’s Pad is well located on the edge of the New Forest and close to the coast and makes for the ideal place to spend your holiday.

The property is located next to the owners own home and has an open plan living room, incorporating a comfortable double sofa bed, television and CD player and is open plan with the compact kitchen and dining area. There is a spiral staircase leading to the first floor with a spacious double room and en-suite shower room. At the front of the property there is a small patio area for your own use to enjoy which gets sunshine throughout the day and into the evening and there is an allocated parking space for you at the front of the property.
There are many days out to enjoy near Toad’s Pad, you can walk to Orchard Lakes where you can hire equipment to go fishing and to Sammy Millers Motorcycle Museum and Tea Rooms. The New Forest is well worth spending your time exploring with free roaming ponies and cattle it is home to many quaint towns and villages, most of which have interesting shops to browse and a variety of places to dine out. The popular sailing town of Lymington has a weekly market, cobbled streets leading down to the harbour, open air natural water swimming pool and ferries across to the Isle of Wight. You can also visit the market town of Christchurch with its scenic harbour, beautiful priory and high street if you fancy some shopping.
There are a number of nearby nature reserves including Hengistbury Head, a Site of Special Scientific Interest, with unique habitats and protected wildlife. Nearby at Mudeford Quay, there is a selection of water sports equipment for hire as well as the ferry to Mudeford Spit. Slightly further afield is Bournemouth, with its award-winning sandy beaches, and an Oceanarium with penguins. Other popular places to visit include Beaulieu Motor Museum, Exbury Gardens, Bucklers Hard, Furzey Gardens, New Forest Tours, Liberty’s Owl Raptor and Reptile Centre, Moors Valley Country Park and Hurst Castle. Slightly further afield is the Bovington Tank Museum, Dorset’s Jurassic Coast, Marwell Zoo and Monkey World. There are also a variety of golf courses around the area to choose from too. One thing is for sure, whatever you are looking for from your holiday Toad’s Pad makes for a perfect place to stay. Beach 3 miles.
