The wide, sandy beach of Northam Burrows and Westward Ho!, popular with surfers, is just a mile and a half away. Bideford, Exmoor, Clovelly and Hartland Quay are close by and the area is a must for water sports, sailing enthusiasts and fishermen, whilst walkers and cyclists will enjoy the famous Tarka Trail which passes close by. Young and old will enjoy crabbing off the quay and golf and riding are available locally. For family fun, The Big Sheep and Milky Way Adventure parks are close by and for an adrenalin fuelled day why not try The Ultimate Adventure Centre, or the North Devon Wakepark for water sports fun.
