Ty Mari, which is nestled in the beautiful countryside with magnificent views over the Cambrian Mountains, is a wonderful and cosy 200-year-old Welsh stone end of terrace holiday cottage. It has been sympathetically refurbished by an interior designer to encompass the charm and character with modern comforts including furnishings to a very high standard. The accommodation on the ground floor is a most inviting, large open plan room, with original beamed ceilings and a large stone inglenook fireplace housing an electric stove - a charming and cosy living area with sumptuous leather sofas. There is a well-equipped kitchen and the dining area offers a large dining table in front of a picture window which has the added benefit of a window seat. As a mobile signal isn’t good in the cottage, a landline telephone is there in case of emergencies. There are three bedrooms upstairs, one with a king size double bed and the second and third bedrooms both have twin beds. The bathroom has a heated towel rail, shaver point and drying cupboard and the bath has a hand-held shower attachment but there is no shower as such. Ty Mari offers a detached, heated garden room with light, power and glorious views. If you should require more bedrooms and a second bathroom, there is a connecting sound proofed door to the adjoining cottage, as Ty Mari can either be booked independently or together with Penroc, where you can enjoy two double bedrooms and three twin bedrooms giving plenty of space for ten people and which would accommodate the gathering of family and friends. The two cottages have separate fenced gardens with glorious views. There is room to park cars, barbecue or just sit and take in the scenery. Unfortunately, Ty Mari is not suitable for disabled people due to accessibility. Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles. Ty Mari can be booked together with Penroc (CC624011) to accommodate up to 10 guests.
