The picturesque fishing village of Port Isaac and the spectacular north Cornish coast are within easy reach, with many popular sandy beaches including Daymer Bay and Polzeath. There is a fishing pond on-site stocked with carp, which adjoins a nature trail and woodland walk. The Camel Trail cycle path is close by, as is The Eden Project and Lanhydrock House and Gardens (National Trust). Walking, cycling, golf and fishing are all nearby. Beach 3½ miles. Shop and restaurant 1½ miles, pub ½ mile.
