Just 5 minutes away is Covesea, a small seaside resort, the beach is one of the best in the area and The Covesea Caves are best known for the Sculptor’s Cave, which derives its name from the Pictish carvings which adorn its entrance walls. This is a wonderful area close to the beautiful Moray coastline and voted by National Geographic as being in the top twenty most scenic coastal destinations in the world. Moray is renowned for being one of the sunniest and driest counties in Scotland along with its long, unspoilt sandy beaches and amazing wildlife where dolphins can be regularly sighted from the shoreline.

For the sports and outdoor enthusiasts there are many superb links golf courses within a short drive and excellent salmon and trout fishing on the rivers Deveron, Spey and Findhorn.
