Woodhouse Lodge has been fully renovated in 2022, is situated just ½ mile from the shores of Lake Ullswater in superb surroundings with a footpath following the river direct from this amazing property into Pooley Bridge and the Ullswater shoreline. This working farm borders the River Eamont and is close to the craggy peaks of the Lakeland fells, nearby fells include the High Street range just 1 mile and Helvellyn only 8 miles away. With local hotspots like Penrith, 6 miles and Keswick only 16 miles where you can enjoy everything from local markets, cafés and pubs, to climbing walls, swimming pools and golf.
Access is via a small, private holiday park under the same ownership. Good location for peace and quiet yet only ¼ mile walk to Pooley Bridge with shops, pubs, cafés, and steamer trips. Young children’s play area and small football pitch nearby. The Lodge is adjacent to the owner’s quiet seasonal holiday park with no letting or subletting.
