This charming detached cottage has lovely, mature lawned gardens and an enclosed sunny patio, perfect for al fresco dining. It enjoys lovely views towards the mountains of Snowdonia, the North Wales coast and the Great Orme in Llandudno.

Situated close to the entrance of Penrhyn Castle (National Trust) on the fringes of the university town of Bangor, it makes a perfect location for exploring the whole of North Wales and Snowdonia. There are many exciting visitor attractions within easy reach including Zip World High Velocity – the longest, fastest zip line in the northern hemisphere. Just a short drive away is Llanberis and Snowdon, with its famous mountain railway. The Isle of Anglesey, with 125 miles of coastline and fabulous sandy beaches, is an easy drive passing over Thomas Telford’s famous Menai suspension bridge with wonderful views up the Menai Strait. There is a fine selection of pubs, shops and restaurants in nearby Bangor, and the property is just of the Wales Coastal Path, near Bangor Rugby Club. There are also plenty of walking opportunities nearby, including along an old railway track. Beach 2 miles. Shop and pub/restaurant ½ mile.
