Without the price tag of flying to the Caribbean, you can enjoy the Blue Flag sandy beach and huge blue waves that crash against the shore. It's no wonder that Whitesand Bay is one of Cornwall’s surfing hotspots. On dry land, you'll find a range of cafés, restaurants, galleries and shops along the seafront, as well as the village's small harbour which is home to the RNLI lifeboat station and a small fleet of fishing boats, while lobster pots testify to the local fishing industry. A short walk from our Sennen cottages is the 17th Century fisherman's inn, “The Old Success”, boasting the best views across the bay, and if you’re lucky dolphins can often be seen frolicking in the water close to the coast.
