COTTAGES.COM ‘Aug 600’ OWNER OFFER

  1. The organiser of the offer is Awaze Vacation Rentals Ltd (“Awaze”) of Sunway House, Raglan Road, Lowestoft, Suffolk, England, NR32 2LW.

  2. Awaze will pay holiday property owners (“owners”) £600 for each property signed up exclusively with cottages.com and going live on the cottages.com website between 10th Aug 2023 and up to and including 28th Aug 2023, up to a maximum of 3 properties (£1,800) per owner. Owners that have existing properties signed up with cottages.com can benefit from this offer if they sign up a new property in this period.

  3. To be eligible, recipients must have been issued with an invitation marketing email or postal mailing from cottages.com containing the code ‘Aug600', between 10th Aug 2023 and 28th Aug 2023.

  4. Payment will be made within 3 months of the property going ‘live’ on the cottages.com website, subject to the property maintaining its exclusive listing with cottages.com and provided that at least one booking of the property has been made in that time.

  5. Payment will be issued to the individual or account named as the default owner payment recipient during the contract set-up process and will be made by BACS.

  6. The offer does not apply to registrations made before 10th Aug 2023, or registrations that do not meet the terms of this offer.

  7. Awaze retains discretion at all times over the properties that it recruits and may reject any property that does not meet its quality standards or requirements.

  8. This offer cannot be used with any other offer offered by Awaze.

  9. We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or extend this offer at any time without notice. In the event of any dispute, Awaze’s decision shall be final and binding.

  10. Potential new owners must be able to fully comply with all the terms of Awaze’s Agency Agreement. All owners that are successfully registered with cottages.com will be subject to the terms and conditions set out in Awaze’s Agency Agreement. Failure to comply with the Agency Agreement may result in the withdrawal of this offer and any payments due.

  11. This offer is governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with it.
