Please fill out all the form fields underneath so we can process your holiday home owner referral as quickly as possible. It is important that you also check with the owner that they are happy for you to send their details over to us.

*Please ensure you have permission from the person you are referring to pass on their details to us. Vouchers will be issued to the first (or only) name on the referral form. Vouchers will be issued within 4 weeks (excluding cooling off period) of the referee signing a letting contract. There is no limit to the number of qualifying referrals you can make, but there can only be one referrer per new owner. Vouchers will be issued per new owner, not per property. If more than one person refers the same owner we will proceed with the first referrer in time only. We will contact potential new owners at our discretion and are under no obligation to begin the recruitment process or contract any owner. To receive this offer, the referred owners’ details must be submitted via www.cottages.com/owner-referrals and be new to our database with holiday properties in the UK or Ireland. We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or extend this offer at any time without notice. This offer does not apply for recommendations of immediate family members or anyone who lives in the same household as you. There is no cash alternative and only Amazon vouchers will be issued.
