The chapel was built at Scargill House in the 1960s and is a fine example of 20th Century architecture, contrasting with the 17th and 18th century architecture.
There are many home industries in Kettlewell and locally made produce is in abundance thanks to the extensive network of neighbouring farms, many of which also open to the public in the summer months.
