Lying upstream in Swaledale is the picturesque village of Reeth. Surrounded by a natural amphitheatre of stunning scenery and spectacular panoramas this is Britain at its best. A haven for walkers, also dogs, who can stride out into the majestic Yorkshire Dales and discover the area at your own pace. Along with the breathtaking scenery, there is plenty to do including a visit to Graculus Sculptures which showcases the works of Michael Kusz. In his workshop, he transforms copper into quirky and humourous artworks for both the garden and home. At the end of May, is the two-week-long Swaledale Festival that celebrates the arts, music and the Yorkshire Dales.
